Totem is a PC 3 vs 3 first person battle arena where players take control of magical shaman and use their elemental powers to destroy the enemy team's Totem.


I was the lead artist and animator for Totem. The game was developed in UE4 by a team of 14 artists, designers, producers, and programmers at FIEA, the University of Central Florida's game design Masters program. 


Motion Capture was used for all of the shaman's movements. Each shaman character presented a different challenge for animation. The fire shaman, had his four arms. The earth shaman had his beard and size. The wind shaman had her dynamic accessories, and desired motion. Click on each shaman below to discover how these characters were brough to life.
